Energetic and driven, Nicolas Mourier is a French - Canadian. Traveled for several years around the world working for different luxurious hotel brains such as Relais & Chateau, Fairmont, Waldorf Astoria.
Graduated of his Hotel Management Bachelor from the reputed International Hospitality management Vatel School, Nicolas decided to pursue his quest for service of excellence in California, United-States.
After his Master in international management, Nicolas served the French Chef Jean Georges Vongerichten to oversee his New find Dining restaurant located at the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills.
Nicolas shared with his team, the sense of detail, turning guest's moment into memories, and his French touch of luxury.
